Each article must align with one or more of our categories:

  • Making Adjustments: Tips and advice that will keep you doing the things you need and love to do.
  • Accessibility & Technology: Inside scoop on today’s game-changing accessibility and technology for vision.
  • Health & Well-Being: Expert insights on eye health, vision care and overall well-being.
  • Stories: Compelling stories and profiles about or by people living with vision loss, with a focus on perseverance.

As a note, we do not endorse products or accept articles that over-promise the benefits of a product — one of our editorial policies is to provide our readers with objective, fair-minded content.

Before submitting, we recommend reading a few articles, on OEPatients.org, or signing up for our email newsletter to get a sense of the work we publish.
