You may register for an account on the Services (an “Account”). This process will include the creation of login credentials through the selection of a password and providing of an email address. To engage with the Services, you are not required to sign up for an Account. However, specific features of the Services, such as posting to articles on the Site, require you to register for an Account. In doing so, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts in Manhattan County, New York, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use or otherwise relating to your access to or use of our Services must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause is barred.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void, unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
