We recognize the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value our relationship with you and we appreciate the trust you show in providing information to us. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared without your permission.

Any credit card or payment information you submit is used for billing the donation transaction for which the information was submitted and may also be used to bill future renewal transactions, as in the case of periodic donation requests.

We keep the Data collected from a User for as long as the User’s account is active or otherwise for a period of time as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you are a visitor to our Site, we will retain your information for as long as necessary.

 

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of minors and young children is important to us. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. You may register for an account on the Services (an “Account”). This process will include the creation of login credentials through the selection of a password and providing of an email address.
