Edwin Ryan, MD, was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at Northwestern University, and a fellowship in Diseases and Surgery of the Retina and Vitreous at Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Ryan directed the Retina Service at the University of Minnesota Department of Ophthalmology from 1989 to 1992, and is currently an associate clinical professor of ophthalmology. He joined VitreoRetinal Surgery in 1996. Dr. Ryan has a special interest in diabetic eye problems, retinal and vitreous surgery, and macular degeneration.

User Content

Registration

You may register for an account on the Services (an “Account”). This process will include the creation of login credentials through the selection of a password and providing of an email address. To engage with the Services, you are not required to sign up for an Account. However, specific features of the Services, such as posting to articles on the Site, require you to register for an Account. In doing so, you must provide accurate and complete information.

When selecting or using a username, you shall not choose a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without the appropriate authorization; nor choose a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Governing Law and Limitations

You agree that the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions, shall govern these Terms of Use and all matters relating to your access to or use of our Services, including any dispute that may arise between you, us and/or our affiliates.

You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts in Manhattan County, New York, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use or otherwise relating to your access to or use of our Services must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause is barred.

Legal
